My name is Nick Boot. I'm married, a proud father of two sons, and have been passionate about technology from a young age. What started as a fascination with electronics has grown into a full-time IT career.

Since 2009, I’ve specialized in system administration, virtualization, and automation. At home, I run my own server environment with virtual machines, Docker containers, and Home Assistant automations.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking and nature photography—often blending these activities with my love for technology. I believe in sharing knowledge, building reliable systems, and applying technology in ethical and meaningful ways—both professionally and personally.
