My name is Nick Boot. I'm married, a proud father of two sons, and have been passionate about technology from a young age. What began with a fascination for electronics evolved into a full-time IT career. Since 2009, I’ve specialized in systems administration, virtualization, and automation.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and nature photography, often combining the two with my passion for tech. At home, I run my own server environment with virtual machines, Docker containers, and Home Assistant automations.

I believe in sharing knowledge, building reliable systems, and applying technology in ethical and meaningful ways—both professionally and personally.
